About Us
The School of Music Kyriakides was founded in 1996 with a simple conviction: that serious musical training and genuine enjoyment belong together.
From a single studio in Limassol the school has grown to four branches, teaching students from the age of two through to Diploma level. Our faculty holds degrees from Berklee College of Music, the Rotterdam Conservatorium, Brunel University, the University of Surrey and conservatories in Athens and Sofia.
Instruction covers voice, piano, classical and electric guitar, electric bass, drums and percussion, alongside theory, jazz harmony, solfège, ear-training, ensembles and computer based MIDI applications. Young children begin with Kindermusik, the world's leading music and movement programme.
Students sit examinations of the London College of Music and the Registry of Guitar Tutors, and perform throughout the year at our Christmas, Spring and Summer concerts and at the Singers Showcase. Recording takes place in the school's own Evidence Music studio.
The school is also the official representative in Cyprus of Laurentian University (Canada) and U.L.M University (U.S.A.), advising students on study abroad.

Examination boards & partners
London College of Music Examinations
LCM Examinations are distinctive both in the range and depth of qualifications offered and in the administration and running of the exams. The board has been conducting external music examinations for students of all ages since 1887. The School of Music Kyriakides is an examination centre for LCM.
ABRSM
The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music is the world's leading provider of graded music exams. Our students prepare for ABRSM practical and theory examinations alongside their regular tuition.
Registry of Guitar Tutors (RGT)
RGT organises internationally recognised examinations in electric, acoustic, classical and bass guitar — from total beginner to Diploma level — in partnership with London College of Music Exams. All RGT graded exams are accredited by the QCA, and UCAS points are available for grades 6–8.
Trinity College London — Rock & Pop
The school is a registered Trinity College London examination centre, presenting students for Rock & Pop graded examinations in vocals, guitar, bass, drums and keyboard.

Laurentian University, Canada
The School of Music Kyriakides is the official representative of Laurentian University in Cyprus. The school advises prospective students on their enrollment.

The School of Music Kyriakides is also the official representative of U.L.M in Cyprus, advising prospective students on their enrollment in the United States.
